Our own factory in Bulgaria combines over 30 years of production experience with modern equipment and rigorous quality management. We work with both established fashion brands and start-up entrepreneurs launching their first private label collection. Thanks to our own truck fleet we keep the logistics chain entirely in-house — from material intake to delivery at your warehouse. You have one dedicated point of contact throughout the entire project: quote, production, logistics and aftercare.

Request & quote
Send us your design, technical drawing or sample. Our production specialists assess feasibility and send a clear quote within 3–5 working days. A free initial consultation is always available.

Pattern development
Our team works with your designers to create production-ready patterns meeting your quality standards. We advise on fit, sizing and material to guarantee the best result. Patterns can be supplied or developed via an external bureau.

Material intake
We advise on fabrics and sourcing, or you deliver your own materials to our warehouse in Vianen. We check incoming materials for quality and quantity before processing begins. Sourcing via our networks is possible for standard fabrics and trimmings.

Production & control
Production takes place at our own factory in Bulgaria, with strict quality control at every stage of the process. Intermediate checks ensure deviations are identified and corrected early. Production progress updates are available on request.

Transport & delivery
Using our own fleet we deliver directly to your location — no intermediaries, no surprises. Average transit time between our factory and Vianen is 2–3 working days. Delivery at a preferred time is negotiable.

- What is the minimum order size?
- We produce from 50 pieces per style. Contact us for bespoke arrangements for smaller quantities — exceptions may be possible depending on complexity and availability.
- Which fabrics and materials can you work with?
- We work with a wide range of textile types, including cotton, polyester, nylon, elastane, wool, fleece and technical fabrics. Have a specific material in mind? Contact us — we are happy to assess feasibility.
- How does quality control work during production?
- Quality control is integrated into every production stage: from material inspection at the start to final inspection before dispatch. We apply fixed quality standards and our production managers check samples throughout the process. Deviations are reported and corrected immediately.
- Can you attach private label tags during production?
- Yes, attaching your own labels, hangtags and care labels is standard during production. Deliver the labels in advance to our warehouse in Vianen, or we arrange this via our label partners. All brand specifications are followed carefully.
- What is the average lead time from order to delivery?
- We typically work with 4–6 weeks from approved quote to delivery at your location. The exact lead time depends on order size, complexity and material availability. Rush orders are possible by arrangement for limited volumes.
- Do you offer samples for approval?
- Yes, for new orders we always produce a sample or prototype for your approval before full production starts. Sample costs are usually offset against a follow-up order. Sample delivery takes an average of 5–10 working days.
